Position: Butler

Qualifications:

Valid STCW95 seaman's book.
Butler service/training certification or equivalent experience.
Knowledge of public health policies and procedures.
Physically fit and compliant with medical standards.
Must possess strong ethical conduct.

Position: Waiter

Qualifications:

Valid STCW95 seaman's book.
Experience in Western restaurant service.
At least 3 years in a similar position at an international 5-star establishment.
Understanding of international cuisine and high standards of service.
Knowledge of public health policies and procedures.
Physically fit and compliant with medical standards.

Position: Bar Wine Waiter

Qualifications:

Valid STCW95 seaman's book.
At least 3 years in a similar position at an international 5-star establishment.
Excellent understanding of American bar service.
General knowledge of wine, spirits, brandy, and port.
Knowledge of public health policies and procedures.
