JOB DESCRIPTION
Position Basics The Massage Therapist is responsible for performing professional and serviceoriented massage treatments

 Explanations of spa treatments and packages to guests

 Preparing the treatment rooms according to standards

 Organising and coordinating appointments

 Sales promotion through sales-oriented action and active guest approach

 Providing professional care to guests within the SPA & Sport areas

 Extending warm and personalised greetings to all guests

 Professional consulting and selling of treatments and sales products

 Responsible for cleanliness and sanitizing as well as cabin- and general cleaning in the SPA area

 Teamwork, communicative, open, friendly personality and promotional behaviour
Experience Required 1+ years' experience as Massage Therapist in Spa
Responsibilities  In a professional, persuasive and friendly way, encourage guests to buy SPA serviceand products.
 Be on duty seven days each week, at hours advised by the SPA Manager. (Hours willvary according to itinerary).
 Be on duty always at least 10 minutes before the advertised opening time of the shops to allow you to make a quick check of the premises before doors are open for business.
 In home ports (or any other port), be available to assist with the loading of merchandise, and distribution to storage areas or SPA.
 When the SPA is closed, cooperate with colleagues in the following duties:
 Stock control
 SPA arrangements
 Window decoration
 Possess a complete understanding of all merchandise sold in the SPA.
 Exercise extreme care with all articles for sale in the SPA.
 Compliant with all Health & Safety regulations within the SPA.
