• Prepare all desserts, cakes and pastries for restaurant menus; buffet set up.
• Assist in preparation of pastries, cakes, crèmes, showpieces, displays, ice cream, sorbets as well as special request items when needed.

• Assist Demi CDP Pastry in preparation of all Pastry items.
li>Assist Demi CDP Pastry in all USPH issues and regulations. li>Works independently during night shift.

Required/Desired: Experience,Qualifications, Education, Licenses

• Minimum one years' experience in high volume professional kitchen.
• Formal Pastry Chef training or equivalent experience as a Pastry Cook.
